We cannot promise a reply time, because enquiry volumes change. We will, however, tell you what we need next. In many cases that is a few extra details, such as photos of the roof or a recent bill. After that, we outline how the design stage works and which partner area your property falls in.
Nothing in the form commits you to anything. You can use it to ask a question, and you can ask for a design review before you decide. Since the design stage comes before any quote, you see the plan before you spend money.
We may also ask about your timing. For instance, a booked electric car or a planned loft conversion can change the best design. Tell us about it early, because it affects roof layout, wiring and battery size.

- Your postcode, so we can match you with a partner area.
- Your roof type, direction and any shading from trees or buildings.
- Your electricity bills, or roughly how much power you use.
- Your goals, such as lower bills, a battery or an EV charger.
- Whether the building is a home or a business.
Do not worry if you lack some of these. For example, you may not know your roof pitch, yet we can often work that out from your postcode and a photo. Likewise, a rough monthly bill is enough to start, although a year of readings gives a better picture.
