1. About this site

Pier Solar runs piersolar.co.uk. We are a UK solar system design and installation-matching service. By using this site or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

Pier Solar designs bespoke solar system specifications. We then connect each enquiry with a vetted, MCS-certified installation partner in your area.

Sending the enquiry form does not create a contract for installation work. If you choose to go ahead, you agree that contract directly with the installation partner, because the partner carries out the work.

3. Quotes and estimates

Any figures, generation estimates or specifications we give are illustrative. They rely on the information available at the time. The installation partner confirms final pricing, specification and timelines after a site assessment.

4. No phone line

Pier Solar does not run a phone line, by design. We handle every enquiry in writing through the web form. As a result, each enquiry gets a considered and documented response.

5. Accuracy of site content

We take care to keep this site accurate. However, scheme names, rates and eligibility rules can change, and that includes government grants and export tariffs. Please confirm the current position with us or the official body before you rely on it.

6. Liability

Pier Solar is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent installation partners. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.
